The same scale on every common guitar and bass tuning, grouped by instrument class, with badges showing exactly how each string maps back to your reference.
Why this works
Tunings are grouped by instrument class. A variant is a drop tuning that sits a quick retune (one or two strings, a whole step or less) from its parent. Variants fold behind each group's toggle, so a retune never reads as a separate instrument. Badge legend: = same pitch · 8vb/8va octave mirror, same frets · ±n shifted n frets · ≠ unrelated · new no counterpart.
Build a tuningMap any note to any string. It saves to your progress file and works everywhere a catalog tuning does: drills, boards, the jam page, MIDI export, this rig.
Reference tonesEach button plays that string's target pitch. Match each string by ear: low string first, then work upward.
Name it before you save.
