Refunds

The short version: try Pro free for 7 days, and if something goes wrong after you're charged, ask.

New Pro subscriptions start with 7 days free. Cancel before the trial ends from Billing in the app and you won't be charged.

After you're charged

If you were charged and haven't used Pro, or the app doesn't work on your setup, email help@tnolan.ai within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it. A refund cancels the subscription and ends Pro right away. Yearly plans canceled after 14 days stay active until the end of the year you paid for.

Plug-ins

Every plug-in has a free demo that works fully except for a short silence every minute, so you can try it in your own setup first. If a plug-in you bought doesn't work on your computer, or you're not happy with it, email help@tnolan.ai within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund it in full. A refunded plug-in's license ends; a refund of a bundle (Boost, Doubler and Room, or Everything) ends the license for what that bundle included and leaves anything you bought separately.

Buyers in the EU and UK: the plug-ins are digital content delivered as soon as you pay. Before checkout you check a box asking for the download now, so your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download starts. Tightband's own 14-day refund above still applies.

Everything + 1 year of Pro

This purchase renews automatically: one year after you buy, Pro renews at $68.99 a year (€75.99 or £62.99 including VAT, plus US sales tax where it applies) until you cancel from Billing in the app. If you email help@tnolan.ai within 14 days of the first charge, we refund it in full: the plug-in licenses end, Pro ends right away, and the subscription is canceled so nothing renews. After 14 days, canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro to the end of the year you paid for and keep the plug-ins. A refunded renewal ends Pro only; the plug-ins stay yours.

Refunds include any sales tax or VAT you paid.

If the law where you live gives you stronger refund rights, those apply.
